I have been suffering from severe computer issues this week which led to some strips posting later in the day and to a delay on the pictures from Pittsburgh Comicon 2009. Here they are at last though and the computer issues are all resolved.

So today’s strip is a tad later than usual to post, but it’s not without reason. We’re all just getting back into the day to day after the awesome visit to Pittsburgh Comicon (which I’ll post some pictures from tomorrow). And last night we got some fantastic news that Iconograph’s short film “Phenomenauts: LeMontagne Farm” will be showing at the 2009 Spooky Movie International Film Festival. We’re overwhlemed at the news and a flurry of activity resulted. If you haven’t had a chance, stop by IconographStudios.com/Phenomenauts for some behind the scenes info about the webseries and to see the trailer.

Hello from the Steel City! David, Mark, and I are working hard at the Pittsburgh Comicon. But we got a nice visit from the famous Pittsburgh Steel Man who gave Our Last Gasp a thumbs up.

So, what keeps me up at night? Phenomenauts! After many, many hours of work, the Iconograph team is starting the launch of the webseries Phenomenauts. If you happen to be in Pittsburgh this weekend for Comicon, stop by and see the trailer. If you can’t make it there, don’t worry, we started a production blog where you can find out all the fun things that go on behind the scenes and we also uploaded a version of the trailer. Check it out at iconographstudios.com/phenomenauts

Counting down the days to Pittsburgh Comic-Con! If you didn’t get one of the Our Last Gasp books yet, we still have some left. David and I will be bringing them along and signing them in Pittsburgh. We will also have a few of the Our Last Gasp prints that were colored by Mark. The book “Eye Candy for Eggheads” collects the first 160 strips and is filled with extras like concept sketches, fun facts about the series, and even the first three strips as originally drawn (before David took over on art).
