Welcome

Return of Rankle

Stephen is taking a much needed vacation this week, so David is taking the opportunity to fill us in on what Rankle has been up to since leaving the gang for a job at a game company. I don’t know about you but I’ve been curious about what the little guy’s been up to. Dave’s been mum on his plans, so I’m just going to have to wait and read them when they are posted.

(Well… not really, since I’m the one posting them I get to read them a bit before you, but still… the suspense is killing me.)

Anyhow, please enjoy this aside, Our Last Gasp will return to the main storyline next week!

Webcomic Awards

Hey guys. Phil Frumph, who is one huge supporter of the webcomic medium, is running a Reader’s Choice Awards at Webcomic Planet. I encourage you to stop be and vote for your favorite. Doesn’t have to be mine. Just go support webcomics, no matter which is your favorite,

Baltimore Comic-con Gallery

So our Iconograph teammate Lew joined David, Stephen and Mark in Baltimore (no that’s not him in the picture) and I was excited we might get a huge selection of pictures to share this time. Unfortunately the camera we had is a tad bit touchy and almost all of the pictures are blurry. So here are the best ones I could pull out.

By the way, we had an awesome time. We got to catch up with a bunch of the readers and other creators and also meet some new fans.

One Year!

Well, what can I say? We’ve made it to the one year mark. A new comic five days a week, without missing a day, for a year. It’s a hell of an accomplishment, if I may say so. There are certainly those that have had (or are having) longer runs, but I’m still feeling this is a note-worthy accomplishment. By the way, yesterday has David’s birthday as well. So birthday greetings all around.

Thank you to our readers who make it worthwhile and our families who put up with the weird things like late-night lettering, lunch time sketches, and posting on vacation.

Baltimore Comic-Con

For all the east coasters, David and I will be at Baltimore Comic-Con on Oct. 10th and 11th. Hopefully, we’ll get to see some of you there. David will be taking commissions and you are welcome to get in a request before the show. Pittsburgh went incredible well and we’re expect Baltimore to be even better.
